Justin Mitchell is the Owner of Rafter M Aerial Solutions, LLC, bringing a rare combination of agricultural expertise, advanced business education, and disciplined military leadership to the aerial services industry.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 2005. He later continued his education at The University of Texas at Tyler, earning an MBA in 2013 and a Master of Science in Industrial Management in 2024, further strengthening his expertise in operations, strategy, and business performance.
Justin proudly served in the United States Army and the Texas Army National Guard from 2003 to 2012, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSG). His service included deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he developed exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to mission success.
A lifelong agricultural professional, Justin is also a commercial cow/calf operator, giving him firsthand, practical knowledge of land management, livestock operations, and the real-world needs of agricultural producers. This extensive background allows him to deliver aerial solutions that are precise, efficient, and tailored to the agriculture industry.
Above all, Justin is a devoted family man, proud husband, and father of two. His integrity, work ethic, and deep roots in agriculture make him a trusted partner and one of the best in the business.
